How to Build Your Zen Space

Pick a spot that feels good - away from screens, clutter, and noise. Natural light is a bonus, but candlelight works magic too.

Layer in comfort - Add a cushion, a soft throw, maybe even a low stool or floor mat. This is a space where you should feel safe and held.
